ERCC1和FGFR2在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of ERCC1 and FGFR2 in Gastric Carcinoma

  • 摘要: 目的 观察ERCC1和FGFR2在胃癌组织中的表达,并探讨两者相关性及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法(SP二步法) 检测手术切除的27例胃癌组织及27例癌旁胃组织中ERCC1和FGFR2蛋白的表达情况。结果ERCC1和FGFR2在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为33.3%和44.4%,在癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率分别为88.9%和81.5%,两种蛋白阳性表达率在正常胃组织和胃癌组织间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ERCC1、FGFR2蛋白表达与性别、年龄、分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润深度及TNM分期均无关(P>0.05)。ERCC1与FGFR2的表达强度呈正相关。结论在胃癌组织中ERCC1和FGFR2呈低表达,并且铂类耐药基因ERCC1的表达可能与FGFR2的表达具有一定相关性。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of excision repair cross complementing-1 (ERCC1) and fibroblast growth factor receptor-2(FGFR2) in gastric carcinoma and explore their roles and clinical significance in the development of gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of ERCC1 and FGFR2 in 27 resected patients with gastric carcinoma and corresponding 27 normal tissues were detected by the method of immunohistochemistry (SP two-step method). Results The positive expression rates of ERCC1 and FGFR2 were 33.3% and 44.4% in gastric carcinoma,respectively,both were lower than those in normal tissue which the positive expression rates were 88.9% and 81.5%,respectively.The expressions of both ERCC1 and FGFR2 showed a significant difference from those in normal gastric tissues (P<0.05).No difference of ERCC1 or FGFR2 protein was found among patients with different genders,ages,degrees of differentiation and pathological TNM stages (P>0.05).There was a positive relationship between the expressions of ERCC1 and FGFR2. Conclusion The low expression of ERCC1 and FGFR2 is related to occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma.There is a positive correlation between ERCC1 and FGFR2 protein expression in gastric carcinoma which might imply that ERCC1 could be one of the target gene in the FGF signaling pathways.
