松针叶绿素-胡萝卜素软膏对S180荷瘤小鼠的抗肿瘤作用及其对免疫功能的影响

Anti-tumor Effects of Chlorophyll-carotene Paste from Pine Needles and Immune Function in Sarcoma S180 Tumor-bearing Mice

  • 摘要: 目的探讨松针叶绿素-胡萝卜素软膏对S180荷瘤小鼠的抗肿瘤作用及其对免疫功能的影响,为其进一步研发提供实验依据。方法采用小鼠移植性S180肉瘤模型,观察和测定松针叶绿素-胡萝卜素软膏(400、600、800 mg/kg)单独给药和联合环磷酰胺给药时的抑瘤率和免疫器官指数,并通过测定荷瘤小鼠血清半数溶血值、廓清指数以及吞噬系数来评价其对免疫功能的影响。结果松针叶绿素-胡萝卜素软膏中、高剂量组有显著抑瘤效果(P<0.05,P<0.01),低、中剂量组对环磷酰胺有显著的协同增效作用(P<0.05,P<0.01)。松针叶绿素-胡萝卜素软膏可显著提高荷瘤小鼠以及环磷酰胺化疗导致的血清半数溶血值(P<0.01)、廓清指数K和吞噬系数α值下降(P<0.05)。结论松针叶绿素-胡萝卜素软膏能抑制小鼠移植性S180肉瘤生长,提高环磷酰胺化疗效果,其机制可能与增强机体免疫功能有关。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the effects of chlorophyll-carotene paste from pine needles on tumor growth and its synergism with cyclophosphamide therapy and impact on immune function in mice inoculated with S180 tumorous cells to supply experimental data for its further development. Methods Sarcoma S180 tumor-bearing mice administered chlorophyll-carotene paste from pine needles(400,600,800 mg/kg)alone or combined with cyclophosphamide, tumor inhibitory rate and the immune function were detected by measuring of organ coefficient,serum half hemolysis value and phagocytosis clearance capacity. Results Chlorophyll-carotene paste from pine needles significantly inhibited the tumor growth in middle-dose and high-dose groups(P<0.05,P<0.01) and indicated apparente synergy effects with cyclophosphamide in low-dose and middle-dose groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Chlorophyll-carotene paste from pine needles significantly improved serum half hemolysis value (P<0.01),clearance index K and phagocytic coefficient α (P<0.05) in tumor-bearing and cyclophosphamide-treated mice. Conclusion Chlorophyll-carotene paste from pine needles could inhibit the growth of the tumor and improve chemotherapeutic effects of cyclophosphamide which may be related to its reinforcement of the immune function.
