云克和89Sr联合应用在骨转移癌治疗中的 价值

Value of 99Tc-MDP Combining with 89Sr in Therapy of Osseous Metastasis in Patients with Tumor

  • 摘要: 目的观察云克和89Sr联合治疗骨转移癌性疼痛的效果。方法对120例确认为骨转移癌患者首先静注89Sr 3mci,一周后,静脉滴注云克22 mg/d,连续10 d,每月一疗程,连用3~6月;89Sr每隔3~4月应用1 次,最多用3次。结果止痛效果明显107例,有效8例,无效5例,有效率96%(多在2~3周内获效);止痛时间最长达一年半以上;骨髓抑制极少;部分骨质破坏者明显修复。结论云克和89Sr联合应用对骨转移癌引起的疼痛有很好的治疗和止痛效果;对骨转移癌引起的骨质破坏有明显的修复作用;骨转移患者应及早应用云克和89Sr联合治疗。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic efficacy of 99Tc-MDP combining with 89Sr in alleviating pain of patients with osseous metastasis. Methods 89Sr 3mci was intravenously injected into 120 patients with osseous metastasis, after a week, 99Tc-MDP, 22mg/d, was intravenously injected for 10 days.One course of treatment was one month and was carried on 3 to 6 months;89Sr was used in every 3 to 4 months, three times at most. Results The pain was significant relieved in 107 patients, relieved in 8 patients,and inefficient in 5 patients.The effective power was 96% (relieve in 2 or 3 weeks);The time extended more than a year and a half.Myelosuppression was occured in few patient;Some patients with destruction of bone were obviously recovered. Conclusion There are conspicuous effect of 99Tc-MDP combining with 89Sr in therapying patients with osseous metastasis and conspicuous recovery for destruction of bone induced by osseous metastasis;Patients with osseous metastasis should be treated with 99Tc-MDP combining with 89Sr at an early date.
