Detection of Uroepithelium Carcinoma of Bladder by Fluorescence in situ Hybridization

  • 摘要: 目的探讨3,7,17号染色体及9p21(p16基因)组合探针在监测膀胱尿路上皮癌术后复发及诊断膀胱尿路上皮癌的应用价值。方法利用荧光原位杂交(FISH)检测膀胱尿路上皮癌患者的尿脱落细胞及组织切片中3,7,17号染色体及9p21组合的畸变情况。结果FISH监测膀胱尿路上皮癌术后复发的敏感度为87.50%;术前FISH阳性的患者术后更易复发;FISH诊断膀胱尿路上皮癌的阳性率为78.85%。结论利用FISH检测尿脱落细胞中3,7,17号染色体及9p21组合的畸变能有效辅助监测膀胱尿路上皮癌术后复发;并可能在一定程度上预测术后复发;同时利用FISH检测组织切片中3,7,17号染色体及9p21组合的畸变也能有效辅助膀胱尿路上皮癌的诊断。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore of clinical application of chromosome 3,7,17 and 9p21 combination probe to monitor urothelial carcinoma recurrence and to diagnose urothelial carcinoma. MethodsDetect the urin-cells from the urina sanguinis and the tissue sections of patient who trouble epithelioma of bladder by FISH. ResultsThe sensibility to monitor the recurrence of epithelioma of bladder is 87.50% and the masculine rate is 78.85% to diagnose epithelioma of bladder by FISH.The patient who was positive by FISH to be more easier to recurrent than who was negative after operation. ConclusionWe can monitor the recrudescence of carcinoma of bladder effectively and anticipate the recrudescence after operation by using the FISH which can detect chromosome 3,7,17 and 9p21 aberrations in urin-cells.Our finding indicates that FISH can be used in the tissue sections of bladder organization. Meanwhile,it can be used to assist the diagnosis of bladder carcinoma.
