陌上菜及其复方提取物抗肿瘤作用的实验

Anti-tumor Effects of Lindernia Procumbens Philcox and Its Complex Extractions

  • 摘要: 目的探讨陌上菜提取物(BSC)和陌上菜复方提取物(BMZCY)对小鼠移植性肿瘤和模型动物脏器指数的影响。方法 建立移植性肿瘤模型,观察BSC和BMZCY对H22肝癌腹水瘤和Lewis肺癌的影响及对C57BL/6小鼠脏器指数(脾、胸腺)的影响。结果 BSC和BMZCY对H22肝癌腹水瘤小鼠生命周期有一定的延长作用,对Lewis肺癌有明显的抑制作用,抑瘤率大于30%;与阴性组比较,对C57BL/6小鼠的脏器指数(脾、胸腺)无任何影响。结论 BSC和BMZCY可抑制H22肝癌腹水瘤和Lewis肺癌的生长。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of BSC and BMZCY on transplantable carcinoma and organ index in model animals. Methods Lewis lung carcinoma and C57BL/6 mice organ index as spleen and thymus were used to observe the effects of BSC and BMZCY on H22 ascite tumor. Results BSC and BMZCY had the tendency to prolong the lifecycle of mice beared H22,and also inhibited C57BL/6 mice Lewis lung cancer,and the inhibitory rate was over thirty percent.Compared with the control,no statistical difference was found on C57BL/6 mice organ index as spleen and thymus. Conclusion BSC and BMZCY could prevent the growth on H22 ascite tumor and Lewis lung cancer.
