Anti-tumor Effects of Lindernia Procumbens Philcox and Its Complex Extractions

摘要: 目的探讨陌上菜提取物（BSC）和陌上菜复方提取物（BMZCY）对小鼠移植性肿瘤和模型动物脏器指数的影响。方法建立移植性肿瘤模型，观察BSC和BMZCY对H₂₂肝癌腹水瘤和Lewis肺癌的影响及对C57BL/6小鼠脏器指数（脾、胸腺）的影响。结果 BSC和BMZCY对H₂₂肝癌腹水瘤小鼠生命周期有一定的延长作用，对Lewis肺癌有明显的抑制作用，抑瘤率大于30％；与阴性组比较，对C57BL/6小鼠的脏器指数（脾、胸腺）无任何影响。结论 BSC和BMZCY可抑制H₂₂肝癌腹水瘤和Lewis肺癌的生长。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of BSC and BMZCY on transplantable carcinoma and organ index in model animals. Methods Lewis lung carcinoma and C57BL/6 mice organ index as spleen and thymus were used to observe the effects of BSC and BMZCY on H₂₂ ascite tumor. Results BSC and BMZCY had the tendency to prolong the lifecycle of mice beared H₂₂，and also inhibited C57BL/6 mice Lewis lung cancer，and the inhibitory rate was over thirty percent.Compared with the control，no statistical difference was found on C57BL/6 mice organ index as spleen and thymus. Conclusion BSC and BMZCY could prevent the growth on H₂₂ ascite tumor and Lewis lung cancer.
