p57kip2与cyclin D1在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义

Expressions of p57kip2 and cyclin D1 Proteins in Epithelial Ovarian Carcinoma and Their Clinical Significance

  • 摘要: 目的 研究p57kip2与细胞周期素D1在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达与临床病理特征的关系,探讨其在上皮性卵巢癌发生发展过程中的作用。 方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测p57kip2与cyclin D1在41例上皮性卵巢癌,12例交界性肿瘤,24例良性肿瘤与12例正常卵巢组织中的表达。 结果 p57kip2和cyclin D1在正常卵巢、良性、交界性、恶性肿瘤组织中的阳性率分别为91.7% (11/12)、79.2%(19/24)、 58.3%(7/12)、46.3%(19/41)和8.3%(1/12)、 29.2%(7/24)、 50%(6/12)、 75.6%(31/41),其中正常组与恶性组之间,良性与恶性组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在卵巢癌中p57kip2和cyclin D1 的表达与肿瘤分化程度,临床分期和有无淋巴结转移有关,且两者的表达呈负相关 (r=-0.311,P<0.05)。 结论 p57kip2和cyclin D1可能共同参与了上皮性卵巢肿瘤的发生与发展,p57kip2的低表达甚至缺失和cyclin D1高表达对预测卵巢肿瘤的恶性程度及预后有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship of p57kip2 and cyclin D1 expressions with clinicopathological features of epithelial ovarian tumor. Methods SP immunohistochemical technique was applied to detect the expressions of p57kip2 and cyclin D1 proteins in tissues of 41 patients with malignant epithelial ovarian cancer, 12 with borderline tumor, 24 with benign tumor and 12 normal ovaries. Results The positive-expression of p57kip2 and cyclin D1 was91.7%(11/12), 79.2%(19/24), 58.3%(7/12), 46.3%(19/41) and 8.3% (1/12), 29.2%(7/24), 50%(6/12), 75.6%(31/41),respectively in normal, benign, borderline, and malignant tissues. There were significant differences betweenp57kip2 and cyclin D1 proteins in normal group compared with the malignant,andthe benign compared with the malignant. In malignant ovarian tumors,overexpression of cyclin D1 and low-expression of p57kip2 are significantly associated with high tumor grade, advanced clinical stage, and lymph nodemetastasis. Expression of cyclin D1 was negatively correlated with expression of p57kip2. Conclusion p57kip2 and cyclin D1 playedimportant roles in occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian cancer. Overexpression of cyclin D1 and low-expressionof p57kip2 provide important implications of malignancy and prognosis for epithelial ovarian carcinoma.
