甲状腺乳头状癌组织REGγ、p21的蛋白表达及意义

Expression andSignificanceofREGγ andp21 Proteins in Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma Tissues

  • 摘要: 目的 研究REGγ和p21在甲状腺乳头状癌组织和正常甲状腺组织中的表达及相互关系。 方法 标本取自20例甲状腺乳头状癌组织,10例正常甲状腺组织。Western blot检测甲状腺乳头状癌组织和正常甲状腺组织中REGγ和p21蛋白的表达。 结果 Western blot检测显示,甲状腺乳头状癌组织的REGγ表达明显高于正常甲状腺组织(P<0.05 ),甲状腺乳头状癌组织的p21表达明显低于正常甲状腺组织(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,甲状腺乳头状癌组织REGγ和p21表达之间程显著的负相关关系(P<0.05)。 结论 REGγ蛋白的高表达和p21蛋白的低表达与甲状腺乳头状癌的形成有关,甲状腺乳头状癌组织中REGγ可能促进p21蛋白的降解。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of REGγ andp21 in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues andin normal thyroid tissues aswellas theirrelationships. Methods Specimenswerederived from 20 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues and 10 cases of normal thyroid tissues.Western blot were applied to detect the protein expression of REGγ and p21 in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues andin normal thyroid tissues. Results Theresultsfrom Western blotshowed thatthe expression of REGγ in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues wasobviouslyhigher than that in normal thyroid tissues(P<0.05).The expression of REGγ in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues wasobviously lower than that in normal thyroid tissues(P<0.05).The expression of REGγ wascorrelative negatively with the expression of p21 in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues(P<0.05). Conclusion Theformationofpapillarythyroidcarcinomawasrelatedtothe higher expression of REGγ and the lower expression ofp21.REGγ may be promote the degradation of p21 in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues.
