对苯二亚甲基硒腈对大鼠舌癌的化学预防作用

1,4-phenylenebis selenocyanate exerts chemopreventive activity in rat tongue carcinogenesis

  • 摘要: 目的 研究对苯二亚甲基硒腈 (1,4 phenylenebisselenocyanate,p XSC)对 4NQO诱发大鼠舌癌发生的阻断作用。方法 在接触致癌剂过程中或之后食物中加入对苯二亚甲基硒腈, 应用组织学切片、免疫组化、光谱分析、高效液相色谱分析等方法, 观察癌变率、细胞增殖及酶活性的关系。结果 食物中加入对苯二亚甲基硒腈可显著降低舌癌发生, 舌后部细胞增殖生物标记的表达显著降低, 舌中谷胱甘肽S转移酶和DT 黄递酶活性显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 对苯二亚甲基硒腈在舌癌发生中有很强的化学预防作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective To observe and study the inhibitory effects of dietary 1,4-phenylenebis elenocyanate on the formation of neoplasms of the rat tongue induced by 4-nitroquinoline-1-xide(4NQO).
