鼻咽癌肿瘤标志物CYFRA2-11IRMA及其临床意义

摘要: 目的 寻找鼻咽癌的肿瘤标志物。方法 1998年 12月～ 2 0 0 0年 9月收治的 4 1例鼻咽癌病人和 4 0例健康人血清CYFRA2 1 1含量进行了测定。检测技术采用放射免疫法 (IRMA)。试剂盒由法国CIS公司提供。操作按试剂盒说明书操作方法执行。结果 正常值为 3.2 4ug/L。鼻咽癌组病人血清阳性率为4 1.5 % (17/ 4 1), 健康人组为 5 % (2 / 4 0 ), P <0 .0 1,特异性 95 % (38/ 4 0 ), 准确率 6 7.9% (5 5 / 81)。鼻咽癌组中, 鳞癌阳性率为 4 6 % (13/ 2 6 ), 腺癌 4 0 % (2 / 5 ), 未分化癌 2 5 % (2 / 8)。结论 CYFRA2 1 1可作为鼻咽癌肿瘤标志物, 对早期诊断、治疗观察和推测预后均有重要的临床价值。Abstract: Objective To search marker of nasopharyngeal cancer. Methods The serum CYFRA21-1IRMA levels among 41 patients suffered from nasopharyngeal cancer (NPC) and 40 healthy persons were determined by immunoradiometric assay. Results The positive rate in carcinoma group is 41.5%(17/41) and that in healthy person group is 5%(2/40), P <0.01.The difference is very significant.
