The Evaluation of Adenosine Triphosphate Bioluminescence Assay for Tumor in Vitro Chemosensitivity Test

  • 摘要: 目的 评价肿瘤细胞经药物处理后的生存情况, 探讨将该方法用于卵巢癌药敏试验的可行性。方法 采用生物荧光法检测三磷酸腺苷 (ATP), 对小鼠纤维瘤细胞株L92 9、人卵巢癌组织和腹水细胞进行抗癌药物处理后的细胞活性测定。结果 该法能测出不同浓度药物对细胞作用的剂量—效应关系, 以及不同个体对不同浓度药物反应的差异, 实验变异系数CV值为 1 2~ 15 8%。结论 ATP生物荧光法有稳定、重复性好、特别敏感的特点, 用于卵巢癌体外药敏试验可行。
