顺铂增敏对宫颈癌放疗微血管密度及凋亡的影响

Cisplatin Modulates the Expression of Microvessel Density and Apoptosis in Radiotherapy of Cervical Cancer

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨顺铂增敏对中晚期宫颈癌放疗微血管密度及凋亡的影响。方法  2 9例中晚期宫颈癌患者 (Ⅱb期, Ⅲ期, Ⅳa期 )随机分成 2组 :A组为单纯放射治疗组 (15例 ), B组为放射治疗 +顺铂 (14例 ), 顺铂 2 0mg/m2, 放疗的第 1天开始用, 每周 1次, 共用 5~ 6周 ;每个病例在治疗前及放疗 10Gy后的2 4小时各取材 1次。免疫组化S P法测定微血管密度 (MVD), TUNEL法检测凋亡标记指数 (A LI)。结果 增敏组与对照组比较 :放射导致MVD降低有统计学意义 (P =0 .0 3 8), 放射诱导A LI无统计学意义 (P =0 .13 2 ) ;增敏组放射导致MVD降低与肿瘤消退 50 %所需时间 (T 0 .5)呈负相关 (r =-0 .543 ) ;增敏组T 0 .5明显短于对照组 (P =0 .0 48)。结论 顺铂增敏使宫颈癌放疗时血管生成及凋亡发生变化, 既而肿瘤缩小

     

    Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effects that Cisplatin modulates the expression of microvessel density and apoptosis in radiotherapy of cervical cancer. Methods Twenty nine patients with provanced cervical cancer (Ⅱb stage,Ⅲ stage,Ⅳa stage) were divided into two groups randomly.
