梅州地区鼻咽癌高癌家系人群监测研究

Surveillance of high risk pedigree for nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Meizhou

摘要: 目的　研究梅州籍鼻咽癌高癌家系成员中EB病毒与鼻咽癌发病的价值。方法　对 11个鼻咽癌高癌家系患者的一级亲属成员 14 0人行EB病毒相关抗体检测, 与同期正常体检人员 373例EB病毒检测结果进行对比。结果　高癌家系成员VCA/IgA阳性 5 7例, 阳性率 4 0 .7% ;检出鼻咽癌 2例 (3.5 %, 2 / 5 7)。正常体检人员, VCA/IgA阳性 75例, 阳性率 2 0 .1%, 未发现恶性肿瘤 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　在鼻咽癌高癌家系成员中EB病毒阳性率明显高发, 高滴度EB病毒与鼻咽癌的发生密切相关。

Abstract: Objective To study the value of EB virus to early diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) through the pedigree member of high risk of NPC in MeiZhou. Methods Serum EB virus antibodies were performed to detect from 140 cases first kinsfolk members within 11 families and 373 cases normal people .
