米非司酮对人卵巢上皮性癌细胞株的增殖抑制作用

Effects of Mifepristone on Cell Proliferation of Human Ovarian Epithelial Carcinoma Cell Line HO_(8910) in Vitro

摘要: 目的　探讨米非司酮对人卵巢上皮性癌细胞株的生长抑制作用。方法　采用MTT测定, 观察不同浓度米非司酮对HO8910 细胞的生长抑制作用, 通过免疫组化染色, 检测用药后细胞核增殖抗原Ki 67表达的变化。结果　 3个浓度的米非司酮对上述细胞均有抑制作用, 以 2 0 μmol/L浓度抑制最明显, 抑制率达 50 .2 8% ;5μmol/L米非司酮可使HO8910 细胞Ki 67抗原表达显著减少, 细胞增殖受到明显抑制。结论　米非司酮对人卵巢上皮性癌细胞株具有明显抑制作用, 且通过降低核增殖抗原Ki 67的表达而抑制细胞增殖

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of Mifepristone on cell proliferation of human ovarian epithelial carcinoma cell line HO 8910 in vitro.
