食管癌放疗40Gy 时影像学分级的临床价值分析

The Relation between Photography and the Survival Rate in Esophageal Carcinoma after 40Gy Radiotherapy.

摘要: 目的　探讨食管癌放疗 40 Gy时影像学改变与预后的关系。方法　按 1 982年郑州会议影像学分类法, 对 1 990年 1月～ 1 995年 6月行根治性放疗的 64例病人放疗至 40 Gy时, 食管钡剂造影表现与 1、3、5生存率的关系以及影响生存率的多因素进行分析。结果　 40 Gy时影像学分级1级 + 2级和 3级 + 4级的 1、3、5生存率分别是 80 .8%、53.8%、2 3.1 %和 57.9%、1 8.4%、1 0 .5%。经统计学处理均有显著性差异 ( P=0 .0 0 0 1 )。结论　 40 Gy时影像学改变可作为判断预后、调整放疗计划的重要依据.

Abstract: Objective To analyze relation between photography and the survival rate in esophageal carcinoma after 40Gy radiotherapy. Methods According to four grade methods from Zheng Zhou meeing in 1982,64 cases photography after 40Gy radiotherapy were analyzed in our hospital from Jan,1990 to Jun.1995,to find relation between it and long-term survival rate.
