NF-κB及靶基因表达与胃窦肠上皮化生关系的研究

Study of relationship among expression of NF-κB/p65,its target genes and intestinal metaplasia of antral gastritis

摘要: 目的　研究Nuclearfactor κb(NF κB ) / p6 5靶基因表达与胃粘膜不同类型肠上皮化生的关系。方法　采用HID/AB/PAS方法检测肠化生上皮中粘液性质 ;S P免疫组化法检测 98例胃窦活检肠上皮中NF κB/ p6 5, C myc、cyclinD1表达。结果　NF κB/ p6 5, C myc, cyclinD1在III型肠化中阳性表达最高, 分别为 :2 9/ 35、30 / 35、2 8/ 35, 明显高于I型、II型肠化且有显著性差异 ;而在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级肠化中表达无显著性差异。结论　III型肠上皮化生中NF κB/ p6 5, C myc、cyclinD1的高表达, 可能是胃癌发生过程中的重要分子生物学事件。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of NF-κB/p65, it s target genes and different types of intestinal metaplasia in antral gastritis. Methods HID/AB/PAS method was used to detect the different kinds of mucin in intestinal metaplasia (IM) epithelium.
