摘要: 目的 研究VEGF、MMP 2与TIMP 2在大肠癌组织中的表达、相互关系及与肿瘤生物学行为的相关性。方法 对 5 4例大肠癌患者的手术切除之癌组织和癌周正常组织, 应用免疫组织化学方法检测其VEGF、基质金属蛋白酶MMP 2和组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂TIMP 2的表达情况, 探讨两者之间的相互关系及其与肿瘤生物学行为的相关性。结果 VEGF、MMP 2与TIMP 2这三种蛋白在肿瘤组织中表达水平明显高于在正常组织中的表达。这三种蛋白的表达呈正相关, 且表达水平与组织类型、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期和五年生存率有统计学相关性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 大肠癌中VEGF、MMP 2与TIMP 2的表达, 可能是癌肿发生、生长和浸润转移的重要因素, 可作为判断肿瘤恶性程度的重要指标。Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF, MMP-2 and TIMP-2 and the relationship between these three proteins, as well as the relationship between the expressions of these proteins and the biological behavior of carcinoma.
