大肠癌患者血清中TGF-β1表达的意义

摘要: 目的研究大肠癌患者血清中转化生长因子β１（ＴＧＦ-β１）表达意义及其与癌胚抗原（ＣＥＡ）、肿瘤分期的关系。方法以酶联免疫法检测血清中ＴＧＦ-β１的含量。结果患者组血清ＴＧＦ-β１（４０．３６±１７．６０ｎｇ／ｍｌ）高于对照组（１９．２±７．９８ｎｇ／ｍｌ）（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＴＧＦ-β１的含量随着肿瘤分期增加而升高（Ｐ＜０．０５）且与血清中ＣＥＡ含量有关（ｒ＝０．３９２，Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论大肠癌患者血清ＴＧＦ-β１含量与肿瘤的发生、发展有关。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the levels of the transforming growth factor-β１(TGF β１) in serum and the relationship with CEA and tumor stage in order to detect the role of TGF β１ in patients with colorectal carcinoma.
