一氧化氮合酶在宫颈癌中表达的临床意义

Expression of nitric oxide synthase in cervical cancer and its significance

摘要: 目的研究宫颈癌组织中ｉＮＯＳ、ｅＮＯＳ的表达，探讨ＮＯＳ与宫颈癌生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测４０例宫颈鳞癌，１０例宫颈腺癌中ｉＮＯＳ，ｅＮＯＳ的表达。结果ＮＯＳ的表达与宫颈癌病理类型、分化程度无关；ｉＮＯＳ及ｅＮＯＳ在宫颈癌Ⅱ期中的表达明显高于Ⅰ期（Ｐ＜０．０５）；在淋巴结转移组中的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论ＮＯＳ对宫颈癌的生长、侵袭起促进作用，可作为预后的一项参考指标。

Abstract: Objective To investigate expression of nitric oxide synthase(NOS)in cervical carcinoma and the relationship between the expression and the biological behaviors of cervical carcinoma. Methods: The iNOS and eNOS expression was examined using immunohistochemistry in 40 cases of squamous carcinomas and 10 adenocarcinomas.
