乳腺占位性病变的声像图特征及其诊断价值

The Exploration of B-ultrasonography to Diagnosis Brest Occupancy Lesions

摘要: 目的　探讨B超诊断乳腺占位性病变的声像图特征及其价值。方法　用德国Performa超声显像仪检查40例乳腺占位性病变，并与病理组织学诊断对照分析。结果　40例B超诊断与病理诊断相符者32例，不符者8例。结论　B超诊断腺癌的敏感性为85%，特异性为67%，形态不规则，边界粗糙，且前侧缘回声增强，内部回声不均质的低回声光团是超声诊断乳腺癌的要点。

Abstract: Objective To explore the characteristicc and evaluatio n of B-ultrasonography to diagnosis breast occupancy lesions. Methods Detect 40 cases breast occupancy lesions with Germany Performa ultrasound v id eograph instrument,and were contrasted by diagnosis of pathologic histology. Results Among the B-ultrasonography dianosis of 40 cases there had 32 cases were accorded with pathologic diagnosis,and 8 cases were not. Conclusion The sensitivity of breast diagnosis is 85%,and specificity is 6 7%.Non isotrope low echo mass,it has a irregular shape,and rough borderline,an d en hanced front lateral margin is the gist to diagnosis breast carcinoma.
