To discuss the molecuar mechanism of the small cell lung cancer (SCLC). P
53 gene mutation in SCLC of 14 paraffin embedded tissue section was observed by immunohistochemical staining (LSAB method) and polymerase chain reaction and single-strand conformation polymorsphism (pcr-SSCP) analysis. The results showed that the positive rate of immunohistochemical reaction was 64. 3% (9/14). of which 2 cases are, 7 cases are ~ 。 P
