Abstract: Thirty-six patients with malignant mixed mullerian tumors (MMMT) of the uterus were treated in Cancer Institute (Hospital), Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, between 1958 and 1988 The mean age of the patients was59.8 years. W_6 think, that either the stage or myometrial invasion was the most important proqnostic indicator, we suggest that the combination of clinical and surgical staging is recommended to estimate the area of extensive tumor and guide treatment planming.
