摘要: 胸膜癌病(Pleural carcinomatosis), 又称癌性胸膜炎(Carcinomatous pleurisy), 多见于肺癌晚期, 也见于晚期的恶性胸膜间皮瘤、恶性纵隔肿瘤、乳腺癌和胃癌等。过去有效治疗很少, 对于大量胸水造成的呼吸困难, 通常采用胸穿抽吸对症治疗。
