极谱分析动态观察恶性淋巴瘤的疗效
POLAROGRAPHIC INVESTGATON IN MONTORING THE RESPONSE TO CHEMOTHERAPY IN MALIGNANT LYMPHOMA

摘要: 本文应用极谱分析动态观察恶性淋巴瘤患者化学治疗前后极谱变化。61例恶性淋巴瘤患者治疗前极谱分析阳性率83.6%。治疗后治疗有效临床部分缓解者阳性率仅15.9%，完全缓解者阳性率0.0%，无效者阳性率高达92.3%。上述结果说明血清极谱分析用于恶性淋巴瘤患者疗效及病情变化观察具有一定参考价值。Abstract: Polarographie analysis was determined in 61 patients with malignant lympho-ma.The positive rate of polarographic analysis was all the pati ents before chemotherapy.After chemotherapy, the positive rate was the partial-remission patients, of complete-remission patients non-remission patients, the above results showod that polarographic analysis was of significance in monitoring the response to chemotherapy and the disease status in lymphoma.
