Abstract: Twenty-three patients with multiple primary tumors were analyzed in this report. We found out that the prognosis of the patients with multiple primary ma-lignancies, relapsed, tumor or metastatic diseases had significant differences, The optimal effect of therapy for former group was radical operation, but in the latter group, palliative radiotherapy or chemotherapy will be used frequently.
