Abstract: From Feb 1974 to tun 1984, 27 cases of intracranial tumor patients were ceivedradiotherapy alone or post-operatively in the people's Hospital of the Guang-Xi zhuang Auto somous Region, The year survival rates were 5respectively.The therapeutic results in totally resected tumor group werebetter than those in partially resected tumor group.The optimal dose of radiation for iatracranial,It is very important to prevent the increaseof iatracranial pressure during the course of radiation.
