Abstract:
We have presented a retrospective analysis of clinical pathological findings of the breast cancer in young women less than 30 years of age between 1976-1983. The proportion of these patients was 6%(50 cases) among all mammary malignant tumors. In the same period of these patients, 10 cases (10/50,20%) had concomitant pregnan-cy or lactational breast cancer. Prognosis was related to pathologic class, clinicalStages and pregnancy or lectation. Such as, prognosis of simple carcinoma was poor-er than medullary carcinoma and intraducted carcinoma, patients with early stagewas better than the advanced. The prognosis of patients with pregnancy or lactationwere the poorest of all, but there were no significant difference between the youngwomen and the old women more than 60.
