Abstract: Sixty-five patients with nasopharygeal carcinoma were detected both by CT scan and skull film, The results have been carefully checked and compared，it showed the accurate rate of CT scan was higher than that of skull film. CT scan may also guided us to found out the lesions that infiltrated to the basal skull.the changes occurred in the cranium,and help us to localized the radiotherapeutic field.
