摘要: 本文检测了32例肺癌患者血清中的IgE,组织胺和CAMP的含量,并检测了患者肥大细胞脱颗粒的水平.结果为,IgE及组织胺含量明显升高,CAMP含量明显降低,肥大细胞脱颗粒百分率明显增高.Abstract: In this article, we have detected the content of IgE, histamine and CAMP in the sera of 32casesof lung cancer. In the meantime, we have also detected the level of cegranulation of the patientsmast cells. The result shows that the content of IgE and histamine obviously increased, while thecontent of CAMP decreased clearly. The percentage of degranulaion of mast cell increasea clearly.
