摘要: 本文通过对109例鼻咽癌患者放射治疗过程中,口腔粘膜反应的护理观察,探讨了鼻咽癌病人口腔护理的目的和意义,阐述了口腔护理的要点。作者认为,放疗过程的口腔护理应包括放疗前、放疗中和放疗后的护理三个部分。每一过程都应根据患者口腔粘膜反应的不同情况,采取相应护理措施。为此,作者根据多年工作实践,提出了放射治疗中口腔粘膜反应的分级标准和护理基本原则。Abstract: In the radiotherapy of 109 cases of Nasopharyngeal cancer,we studing the meaningof oral nusing for the mucous membacm of oral cavity.The oral Nursing in the course of radiotherapy inelude three parts:the pro-,the medio-and the apterradio-therapy Nusing.For the condition of oral mucous membrane.radioredction in each past are difference,and the different Nursing must be use.In the many years experience,I suggest the principal and stage of nursing for the radioredction of oral mucous membrane in the Radiotherapy of Nasopharyngeal cancer.
