原发性纵隔精原细胞瘤--附3例报告并文献复习
Primary mediastinal seminoma(report of three cases and review of literature)

摘要: 原发性纵隔精原细胞瘤罕见,本文报告3例,均经组织病理学证实。2例接受手术及术后放疗和化疗,1例单纯化疗,平均随访3.7年(分别为2年、4年、5年),1例死亡,2例仍存活。本文结合文献对此病的组织发生、临床特征、诊断、治疗原则及预后等进行了讨论。Abstract: Primary mediastinal seminoma is rare.Three cases proved by histopathology were reported in this article.Of the three cases,two received surgical operation plus radiotherapy and chemotherapy,one received chemotherapy alone.After follow-up median 3.7 years(2,4,5 years respectively),one died,two are still alive.The histogeneses,clinical features,diagnoses,treatment principle and prognostic factors of this tumor are discussed briefly with review of literature.
