Abstract: The article reports the shorterm curative effective of 113 cases small cell lung cancer of com-bined chemotherapy centered on ADM or 4'-Epi-ADR. The therapy result of the group shows thatthe effective rate istensive type, stagerelated to clinical stage、age, therapy cycle. The topical type is higher than ex-with age increasing, limitations.I、II a is higher than stage Ⅲb, IV.The curative effective seems to increasethe curative effective increases with the number of chemotherapy cycle, with Limitation.
