含阿霉素(或表阿霉素)为主的联合化疗对小细胞肺癌的近期疗效
The shorterm curative effective of small cell lung cancer of combined chemotherapy centered on Adriamycin (ADM) or 4'-epi-adriamycin (4'-Epi-ADR)

摘要: 本文报告用含阿霉素(或表阿霉素)为主的联合化疗方案治疗113例小细胞肺癌的近期疗效.治疗结果显示有效率与病期、年龄和治疗周期数有关，局限型高于广泛型，Ⅱ Ⅲ a期高于Ⅲb,IV期，随着年龄增加疗效似有提高，化疗周期数增加，疗效提高，但有局限性.Abstract: The article reports the shorterm curative effective of 113 cases small cell lung cancer of com-bined chemotherapy centered on ADM or 4'-Epi-ADR. The therapy result of the group shows thatthe effective rate istensive type, stagerelated to clinical stage、age, therapy cycle. The topical type is higher than ex-with age increasing, limitations.I、II a is higher than stage Ⅲb, IV.The curative effective seems to increasethe curative effective increases with the number of chemotherapy cycle, with Limitation.
