Abstract: Abstract Lung cancer characterized by the metastasis symptoms is not rarely seen in the clinic. Yet misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis inclined to take place as a result of its small primary focus, insidious onset, and complox symptoms. Sixty-four patiants with this form of lung cancer were analyzed with the stress on diagnosis. It is emphasized that clinician should extend medical knowlege and improve the ability to discern the metastasis symptoms of the lung cancer. So as to make a diagnosis at early stage.
