摘要: 1971-1980年我科收治了53例20岁以下的弄咽疮患者，均用60C。-γ射线外照射，鼻咽部肿瘤量为60～80Gy，结果五年生存率为55%，较成年组高，其中有4例出现了记忆力减退，智力下降，3例发育迟缓，生长停滞,3例停经或月经失调，出现了晚期后遗症。Abstract: From 1971 through 1980, 53 patients with nasopharyngeal carcionoma were treated by radio-therapy,The 5一and 10一year survials were 55%，38 % Among the longsurivals treated By radio-therapy,some cases developed severe sequelae such as intelligence reductiondevelopment retarda-tion,growth failure, menopause or menstrual dysfunction.
