Abstract:
Abstract The gastric tissues were taken from 45 patients with carcinoma of stomach during operation to study the immunohistochemical localization of LZM, AATand ACT. It was found that the cancer cells could synthesize LZM,AAT and ACT to some extent. The detected amount of LZM had a positive correlation with the degree of differentiation and metastasis rate of lymph gland (P0. 05). In gastric carcinoma with more complete differentiation, a strong secretion of mucus and a benigh clinical course, LZM, AAT, and ACT tended to enhance. These results suggest that LZM, AAT, and ACT may have a potential value in estimation of malignant degree and prediction of prognosis.
