摘要: 本文用Hafeman改良法测定了正常人和肿瘤患者全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活性。其结果显示肿瘤患者血GSH-PX活性比正常人明显减低(P<0.01)。Abstract: The activity of GSH-PX in blood was determinied by Hafeman's modified method.The results showed that GSH-PX activity of patients with tumours was lower than normal significantly (P0.01).The positive rate of various tumour was different.
