胃淋巴回流的动态观察与分析

Dynamic Observation and Analysis of Lymphatic Return in the Stomach

摘要: 本文通过尸体解剖，观察胃淋巴回流的动态情况，结果，胃窦淋巴回流的先后动态次序规律为：③～⑥～①～⑦～⑤～⑧～⑨；②、⑩、（②组以后淋巴结流注较晚，次序不明显）.胃体为：③～①～②⑥～⑦～⑨⑤～⑩；⑧（⑧组以后淋巴结流注较晚，次序不明显）.胃底为：②～①～③～⑦～⑨～⑩；⑤、⑥、⑧、（组以后淋巴结流注较晚，次序不明显）.据此，本文还对胃癌有关淋巴结清扫进行了探讨，并提出新的看法。

Abstract: In this study infatile cadavers are directed and then perform dynamic observation. The result of the order of lymphatic flow in the antral region of stomach shows:3-4d-6-1-7-5-8 9-12 16-14:2,4s, 10, 11，13, 15，(Lymphatic flow iri group 2 and behind it is later and order isn't apparent)，in the middle of stomach:3-4sb-4d-1-4sa 2 6-7-9 5-10 19-16t 8, 11，12, 13, 14, 15 (lymphatic flow in group 8 and behind it is later);in the fundus of stomach; 2-1-3-7-4s 9-10-11-19-16; 110, 4d，5, 6, 12，8,13，14，15 (The order of the lympatic flow in group 110 and behind it isn't evident). Mean-while，this study also discuss a question about cleaning lymphatic nodes on gastric cancer.
