Abstract: Twenty patients with cancerous pain were treated with the compound Tramadol solution and the effects of analgesia were studied.The results showed that the analgesic effeets were obvious when the solution was injected into any fo the 3 different positions.The analgesic time was 13.16±9.26 hours.We conclude the solution is a safe,potent and long-acting analgesic and is more effecaive than simple tramadol.It is possible that the solution supersede morphine to treat cancerous pain.
