Abstract:
The chemosensitivity test were measured with ATP bioluminescence in 26leukemia patients.The relationship between chemosensitivity in viro and efficacyin vito was observed in 18 acute leukemia patients including 11 cases of acute nonlymphoblastic leukemia,4 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia and 3 cases ofchronic leukemia acute transformation.It was shown that the general,position andnegative coincident rates between chemosensitivity in vitro and efficacy in vivowere 83.3%, 91.7%and 66.7%' This assay has the merit being simple, sensitiveand quantitative.
