卵巢含睾丸细胞瘤──附5例报告

摘要: 卵巢睾丸细胞瘤较少见，本文通过5例病案的初步探讨认为在现有的病理分类方面还不能包括所见的这种肿瘤。病人出现男性化体征伴盆腔包块可作为临床诊断依据。对男性化体征不明显或无体征或体征明显但盆腔内肿块扪不到时需测定血尿中的17羟、17酮类固醇并作ACTH刺激试验和DＸM抑制试验，肿瘤有时甚小在手术时也不易确定此时应做卵巢楔形活检。Abstract: Ovary tumour containing testicle cells is rare in clinic. Through preliminary probing into five cases，the author represents that the existing pathological classifi-cation has not covered the above tumour.
