食管鳞状细胞癌DNA倍体异质性及其与患者预后关系的研究

Prognostic Significance And Heterogeneity In DNA PloidyOf Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

  • 摘要: 本研究采用多点取材的方法,应用流式细胞术对80例中晚期食管鳞状细胞癌的瘤体内DNA倍体异质性进行了研究。DNA异倍体的检出率为88.8%(71/80),DNA指数范围为0.77~1.74。80例标本中,38例瘤体内表现为DNA倍体异质现象(47.50%)。DNA倍体异质性肿瘤患者的5年生存率(34.2%)极显著地低于非异质性肿瘤患者(64.3%)(P<0.025)。文中对瘤体内DNA倍体异质性的可能意义和发生机制进行了讨论。

     

    Abstract: Intratumoral heterogeneity in DNA ploidy was investigated in 80 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus.Nuclear DNA content was determined formultiple samples obtained from the same tumor,using a flow cytometric(FCM)technique. The incidence of DNA aneuploidy was 88. 8% in this series, and DNA indicesranged from 0. 77-1. 74 of 80 cases,38 (47. 5 %)showed intratumoral heterogeneityin DNA ploidy. The 5-year-survival rate was significantly lower in the patients withtumors of heterogeneity in DNA ploidy(THDP)than those with non-THDP(P0. 025).Significance and mechanisms responsible for intratumoral heterogeneity inDNA ploidy are discussed from the aspect of tumor progression.
