低剂量X线全身照射对小鼠移植瘤的防治作用及机制初探

Effects of low dose x-ray on metastasis and growth of tumor in C57bl/6 mice

  • 摘要: 本文利用Lewis肺癌(LLC)自发肺转移模型及B16黑色素瘤(B16M)实验性肺转移模型,研究了低剂量X线(75mGy,12.5mGy/min×6min)全身照射小鼠对其肿瘤生长和转移的影响。实验发现:受照组荷瘤鼠LLC生长及自发肺转移明显低于对照组(P<0.01),LLC、B16M实验性肺转移也明显降低;预用X线照射对其肿瘤生长和转移也有预防作用。提示小剂量X线可能通过提高小鼠免疫功能来防治肿瘤的生长和转移。

     

    Abstract: whole-body exposure of C57BL/6 mice to low dose(12. 5mGY/min)of X-ray6min after the LLC inoculated results in smaller tumors and less spontaneous pulmonary metastatic noduls than are observed in sham-irradiated control mice.Thesimilar Results are found in the mice exposed to 75mGy X-ray prior to the inoculation of LLC. The expermental metastases of LLC. B16M in irradited group also aresignificantly decreased. It suggested that the suppresive effects of low dose irradiation on tumor progression might be via modulation host immune function.
