启东原发性肝癌血清中乙型肝炎病毒Ⅱ型(HBV<sub>2</sub>)感染可能性的初步研究

启东原发性肝癌血清中乙型肝炎病毒Ⅱ型(HBV₂)感染可能性的初步研究

摘要: 本文对肝癌高发区启东肝癌血清中是否存在乙型肝炎病毒Ⅱ型(HBV₂)之可能性作了初步研究。结果显示:(1)672例肝癌血清中HBV₂感染率为4.02%(2/672), 占HBsAg阳性者的5.29%(27/510); (2)HBV₁与HBV₂混合感染率为1.93%(13/672), 占HBsAg阳性者的2.55%(13/510)。说明患者先前感染HBV1后, 产生的抗-HBs不能阻止HBV₂之再感染, 提示将来研制乙肝疫苗时应包括有HBV₂之表面抗原。

Abstract: A study on HBV, infection of sora of primary liver cancer was made in Qidong The total infectional rate of HBV was 95.39%(641/672). The infectional rate of HBV₂ was 4.02%(27/672 ). It cocupied 5.29%(27/510) of the patients with HBaAg positive. The mixed infectional rate of HBV₁ and HBV₂ was 1.93(13/672).Although the HBV₁ was infected ago and the anti-HBs was produced, the anti-HBs was not to prevent the HBV₂ infection again. It suggests that the preparation of vaccines must contain the antigen of HBV₂ in after.
