复发直肠癌野中野放疗的临床疗效

Clinical Results of Radiotherapy for Recurrent with Field-within-field Technique Rectal Cancer

摘要: 1987年3月至1992年8月，对43例不能手术复发直肠癌采用野中野放疗（野中野组）和常规放疗（对照组）。局部疼痛完全缓解率52．9％（9/17），对照组仅28％（6/23）。1，2，3年生存率野中野组分别为36.8％（7/19），36．8％（7/19）和10．5％（2/19）分别高于对照组的33．3％（8/24），8．0％（2/24）和0％。2年生存率显著提高（P<0.05）。

Abstract: Between March 1 987 and August 1992,43 patients with inoperative recurrent rectal cancer were divided into two groups.Of the 43 cases 19 were treated with field-within-field radiation technique (group A)and 24 with conventional radiation technique(group B) as a contro 52.9%(9/17) patients with local pain in group A disappeared complete and 28%(6/23)in group B.1,2,3-year survival rate was 36.8%(7/19)and 10.d%(2/19)for group A,which was higher than 33.3% (8/24).8%(2/24) and 0 % for group B respectively.Thedifference of 2-year survival time in group A compared with that in group B was stastistically significant (P<0.05).
