影响宫颈腺癌放射治疗的预后因素

Prognostic factors of Radiotherapy for adenocarcinma of the cervix

摘要: 本文收集我院1980～1990年放射治疗宫颈腺癌163例根据FIGO分期Ⅰ期10例6．13％、Ⅱ期54例33．13％、Ⅲ期88例153．99％、Ⅳ期2例1．23％。9例中断治疗、17例失访、总5年生存率为50．28％。经COX回归分析，影响宫颈腺癌放射治疗的预后因素是：临床分期、肿瘤分化程度和放疗后肿瘤的消退情况。

Abstract: One hundred and sixty-three patients of adenocarcinoma of the cervix weretreated by radiotherapy at the Jiang Su Cancer Institute from 1980 to 1990. According to FIGO Stage.Ten were in the stage I，54 in stage Ⅱ and 88 in stage Ⅲ，2 were in the stage Ⅳ.Nine cases gave up treatment by themselves 17 cases lost follow up.The overall 5-year survival was 50. 24%.A COX model multivariant regression analysis was used.Prognostic factors of radiotherapy for ademocarcinoma of the cervix:clinic stage，grade and tumor regression during radioation therapy.
