β-榄香烯与阿霉素及顺铂对人胃腺癌细胞株细胞毒作用的协同效应

摘要: 本文以体外培养的低分化人胃腺癌细胞株SGC－7901为实验模型，采用MTT比色法，观察了β-榄香烯单独及与阿霉素、顺铂联合应用时的细胞毒作用。结果表明，β-榄香烯单独应用对SGC－7901细胞具有一定的抑制作用，其细胞毒指数与药物浓度呈正相关；β-榄香烯与阿霉素或顺铂联合应用则呈现明显的协同效应。上述结果对于临床联合应用β-榄香烯与其它化疗药物治疗胃腺癌具有一定指导意义。

Abstract: For undrestanding the interact of (elemene extracted from a Chinese herb (Curcwma wenyujin)with other chemotherapeutic agents，we observed the cyto-toxic dffects of elemene combined with adriamycin of cisplatin on human gas-troadenocarcinoma cell line SGC-7901 in vitro MTT assay. It was found that SGC-7901 cell was sensitive to (elemene with a positive correlation between cytotoxic in-dex and (elemene concentration (P<0.05).There were significant synergism in the ytotoxic effcets of elemene combined with adriamycin or cisplatin of SGC-7901 cell.The above results are valuable to treatment of human gastroadeno-carcinoma using .
