51例恶性肿瘤病人放射性核素(^99mTC-MDP)骨显像诊断价值

摘要: 本文51例恶性肿瘤病人均进行了全身者显像检查，其阳性检出率为86．3%（44／51），而X线阳性检出率为39．2%（20／51）。51例病人临床诊断为骨转移者47例，核素骨显像阳性44例，阳性符合率达93．6%，CT、MRI及X线检查阳性符合率分别为66．7%、83．3%和42．6%。认为^99mTC－MDP骨显像是一种安全可靠、灵敏度高的方法，对骨转移的早期病变可较X线片提前1～8月发现。

Abstract: Whole-body bone imaging has been performed in petients with malignacies，positive results were found in percent of this series (44/51).With x-ray posi- tive resules were found in 39.2 percent of this series .Among this series there were 47 patients as skeletal metastases in clinical diagosis，44 patients whoseredionuclide bone imaging results were positive rate was 93.6 percent.Positive rates of CT,MRI and x-ray examination were 66.7,83.3 and 42.6 percent，respa-tively. It has been proved that radionuclide (^99mTC-MDP) bone imaging is a safe、re-liable and sensitive method.Comparing with x-ray examination，adionuclide bone imaging can early detect skeletal lesions for one to eight months.
