含顺铂联合化疗方案治疗晚期恶性黑色素瘤的临床疗效观察

Evaluation of CIS-PLATINUM Contained Combination Chemotherapy Inumetastatic Malignant Melanoma

摘要: 本文分析了35例晚期恶性黑色素瘤接受合顺铂联合化疗方案治疗的近期和远期疗效。结果：完全缓解2例，部分缓解13例，有效率42．9%，中位缓解期5月，中位生存期10.5月。1、2、3、5年生存率分别为51．4%，21．9%，12．9%，7.1%。PBVD和PVD两组联合化疗方案的有效率分别为42．1%，43．8%，中位生存期分别为9．5月和11．5月，两组治疗效果和生存期均无显著差异，Ⅲ和Ⅳ期的有效率分别为30．0%，48．0%，中位生存期分别为17．5月、8月。两组生存期比较有显著差异（P＜0．05）。
