热疗加放疗治疗恶性肿瘤颈部转移30例临床分析

  • 摘要: 高温对癌细胞的杀伤效应表现为癌细胞核内的代谢变化,例如RNA代谢改变、合成速度减慢、RNA和蛋白质的合成障碍、细胞丧失增殖能力。现在看来这种观点不够全面,因为正常组织细胞也有上述变化,实验证明,高热具有选择性抑癌效应,加热具有增能作用。加热治癌方法有全身性加热、区域性加热和局部加热法。局部加热通常采用低频电流场、高频电流场、超声波、微波式短波等仪器直接对肿瘤加热。本法取热的选择性抑癌效应,同时避免了全身和区域加热的不良反应。本文热疗加放疗治疗恶性肿瘤颈部转移30例临床分析,就是采用微波加热法取得了较单纯性放疗好的治疗效果。

     

    Abstract: It was believed that metabolic changes of with in cancer nuclei result from the killing effect of high temperature on cancer cells, such as metabolic changes of RNA, slowing down of the speed of synthesis, disturbance in the synthesis of RNA and proteins, the 1oss of the cells ability to proliferate . Now the idea doesn's seem comprehensive enough, for normal tissues also under 90 the above ehange . Exeri-ments show that high temperature affects cancer cells selectively, enhancing sensi-tivity. The heating method includes general, regional and local heating. Local heat-ing usually uses instruments equipped with electric fields with low frequency and high frequency, ultrosonic waves, mierowaves or short waves to heat the tumor di-rectly. The method is endowed with the ability to restrain cancers selectively, and avoids the untoward effects of general and regional heating. The 30 cases analysed in this paper of malignant tumor metastasis in the neck show that treatment with thermotherapy combined with radiotherapy achieves better therapeutic effects than those treated with radiotherapys only.
