外放疗后鼻咽癌残存灶近距离治疗的近期疗效

Preliminary experience in HDR brachytherapy for local residul lesion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radical external radiotherapy

摘要: 自1992年7月至1995年7月，我们对鼻咽癌首程治疗后，鼻咽腔内仍有残存病灶者35例采用近距离治疗补充照射，参考点放射剂量4～6Gy／次，2次／周，共2～4次，近距离治疗总剂量12～18Gy。结果显示1、3年肿瘤局部控制率分别为94．3％、73．3％，近期疗效满意，尤以T_1-2期病例为优。随诊期内未见严重放射性并发症。

Abstract: From July 1992 to Tuly 1995, 35 patients with local residul lesion of nasopharryngeal carcinoma (NPC) after radical extermal radiotherapy were treated with HDR brachytherapy. The dose of brachytherapy was DT12~18Gy/2~4F/Zweek. The 1-,3-year overall local control rate was 94.3%, 73.3%. The preliminary effects was satisfied.The complicatiom of radiotherapy were not seen. The authors believe that HDR brachytherapy is useful for residul NPC following radical external irradiation.
