恶性肿瘤导致上腔静脉综合症的综合治疗

摘要: 恶性肿瘤导致的上腔静脉压迫综合症是肿瘤临床较常见的急性或亚急性并发症，须紧急抢救和处理，否则易导致患者在短期内死亡。本文报告30例本症患者经采用以放疗为主的综合治疗，CR83．3％，PR16．7％，总有效率（CR＋PR）100％。提示以放疗为主的综合治疗方法对恶性肿瘤所致的上腔静脉综合症有较好的临床治疗作用。Abstract: The SVCS caused by malignant tumor is a commone acute or subacute complication of tumor clinic. It needs acute treatment, otherwise the patient will die in short time.30 patients witll SVCS were treated by radiation combined with other treatment. The effect rate CR+PR 100%. The result showed that radiation combined with other treatment has a better clinical effection on SVCS carsed by tumor.
